You may choose between fortnightly or monthly visits, and we offer flexible payment options to suit your needs. To help you save on laundry and rental fees, we can store and manage your own sets of linen, towels, bathmats, and kitchen cloths. We do ask that each item be clearly labelled and that two full sets are provided for rotation.

Linen & Towel Services

To comply with tourism regulations and maintain high standards of hospitality, we recommend mid-stay linen and towel changes for stays exceeding 7 days. We also offer mid-stay cleaning services, all carried out by our trusted cleaning team.

Larger villas may require additional service options, and custom arrangements can be made based on the size and layout of your property.

Sunday and National Holiday Services

While we aim to avoid scheduling arrivals and changeovers on Sundays or national holidays, we can accommodate these requests when necessary. Please note that these services carry a special rate due to additional staffing and scheduling requirements.

Inventory & Purchasing Services

Upon commencement of our management services, we conduct a complete inventory check to identify any missing or damaged items. This inventory also acts as a reference during guest changeovers. If replacement or additional items are required, we can purchase these on your behalf and include them in your monthly report. Receipts are available both digitally and in hard copy.

Booking Coordination

To ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery, we ask that owners inform us as early as possible of any upcoming guest arrivals by submitting a booking form. This helps us prepare the property according to your specific instructions and guest expectations.

Call-Out Services

Should any issue arise, a team member will be sent to resolve it promptly. Call-out services are available both during and outside of office hours. If the call-out results from a guest issue (e.g., lost keys), the corresponding fee will be applied.

Key Management

We require at least two full sets of keys for management purposes, and ask that owners provide additional sets for guest use. A meet-and-greet service is available for arrivals, with fees adjusted based on the time of day. For convenience and security, we recommend installing a key safe. This enables smooth guest check-in and reduces the risk of lockouts.

Welcome Packs & Guest Shopping

We highly recommend preparing a welcome pack for your guests. A standard welcome pack typically includes essentials such as tea, coffee, milk, juice, bread, and wine.

Invoicing & Payment
